Processing Time

All items listed in our shop are ready to ship unless otherwise stated.

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 2–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

In the unlikely event of a delay, we will contact you as soon as possible.

Shipping Within the United Kingdom

All UK orders are shipped with tracked delivery through Royal Mail or another reputable carrier.

Estimated delivery times after dispatch are typically:

• Tracked 24: 1–2 business days
• Tracked 48: 2–3 business days

Please note that delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and cannot be guaranteed.

International Shipping

We are pleased to offer international shipping on eligible items.

International delivery times vary depending on destination, customs processing, and local postal services. Most international orders arrive within 1–6 weeks after dispatch.

All international orders are shipped with tracking where available.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other fees required by their country.

Tracking Information

Tracking details will be provided once your order has been dispatched. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active within the carrier's system.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

Once an order has been handed to the shipping carrier, delivery is outside of our direct control. However, if your parcel is significantly delayed or appears to be lost, please contact us and we will assist you in opening an inquiry with the carrier.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for ensuring that their shipping address is accurate at checkout.

If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may be required before the order can be resent.

Damaged Items

We carefully inspect and package all items before shipment. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photographs of the packaging and damaged item so we can work with you to resolve the issue.

Handmade and Natural Materials

Many items sold by Ebb & Glow Treasures are handcrafted using sea glass, silver clay, copper clay, resin, wire wrapping, and other artisan techniques.

Where natural sea glass is used, each piece is genuinely unique. Variations in colour, shape, size, texture, and surface markings are natural characteristics of sea glass and are part of its beauty and authenticity. Because no two pieces of sea glass are exactly alike, the item you receive may vary slightly from photographs while remaining true to the design shown.

Likewise, handmade jewellery and resin creations may contain minor variations that reflect the handcrafted nature of each piece. These variations are not considered defects but rather part of what makes every item one of a kind.
