Shipping Policy
Thank you for shopping with Ebb & Glow Treasures. Every item is carefully packaged and dispatched by us with care and attention.
Processing Time
All items listed in our shop are ready to ship unless otherwise stated.
Orders are typically dispatched within 2–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
If there is an unexpected delay, we will contact you as soon as possible.
Shipping Methods
All orders are shipped with tracked delivery through Royal Mail or another reputable carrier.
Tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active.
Delivery Estimates
United Kingdom:
- Tracked 24: Approximately 1–2 business days
- Tracked 48: Approximately 2–3 business days
International:
- Delivery times vary by destination and customs processing and may take between 1–6 weeks.
Please note that all delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.
Customs and Import Fees
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, taxes, import fees, or other charges imposed by their country.
Lost or Delayed Shipments
Once a parcel has been handed to the carrier, delivery is outside our direct control. However, we will gladly assist customers in locating delayed parcels and opening carrier investigations where appropriate.
A parcel will not be considered lost until the carrier's investigation process has been completed.
Incorrect Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional postage costs may be required before the item can be reshipped.
Handmade and Natural Materials
Many items sold by Ebb & Glow Treasures are handcrafted using sea glass, silver clay, copper clay, resin, and wire-wrapping techniques.
Natural sea glass is unique, and variations in colour, shape, texture, and markings are part of its authenticity and beauty. Likewise, handmade items may display minor variations that make each piece one of a kind. These natural variations are not considered defects.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include clear photographs of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and work with you to find an appropriate resolution.
Product Photography
We strive to represent all items as accurately as possible through photographs and descriptions.
Some listing images may use edited or enhanced backgrounds for presentation purposes. However, the product itself is never digitally altered to change its appearance, colour, size, condition, or craftsmanship.
We make every effort to ensure that the item shown accurately reflects the piece you will receive. Please note that colours may vary slightly due to differences in screen and monitor settings.
As many of our items are handcrafted and made using natural materials such as sea glass, slight variations in colour, shape, texture, and finish are part of their unique character and are not considered defects.
