We want you to be happy with your purchase from Ebb & Glow Treasures.
Returns
We offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days from receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unworn and unused
- In its original condition
- Returned in its original packaging where possible
- Accompanied by proof of purchase

Returns must be approved before being sent back. Items returned without prior authorisation may not be accepted.
Unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival.
If you receive an item that is damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographs of the item and packaging where applicable. We will review the issue and work with you to resolve it, which may include a replacement, repair, or refund.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Gift cards
- Sale or clearance items
- Custom or personalised orders
- Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different item, please request a return for the original purchase. Once the return is approved and received, you may place a new order.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
For orders shipped to countries within the European Union, customers have the right to cancel or return their order within 14 days of receipt for any reason and without justification.
To qualify, items must be returned unused, in their original condition, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
This right may not apply to custom or personalised items where exemptions are permitted by law.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or card provider may require additional time to process the refund.
